Annual Scholarships
The Aurora Schools Foundation annually awards 2 or more scholarships to graduating Seniors of Aurora High School in amounts ranging from $500 - $1000. These scholarships are funded by a combination of ongoing endowment funds, annually budgeted allocations approved by the Board of Trustees, outright contributions for one-time or multi-year scholarships or long- term investment vehicles that provide scholarships in perpetuity. Our scholarship recipients are selected by an ASF Scholarship Committee in cooperation with the Aurora High School Administration, Guidance Department and Activity Directors.
Most of the Aurora Schools Foundation scholarships awarded are not based on material or information submitted by students and do not involve an application. We currently provide the following scholarships on an annual basis:
- The City of Aurora Bicentennial Scholarship
- The Linda Allenspach Scholarship
