Donations to the Aurora Schools Foundation may be in any amount and may be in the form of a lump sum, annual contributions for a designated or undesignated number of years, or through estate planning.
Donors may designate toward specific purposes, with the opportunity to have awards, grants, scholarships, or gifts named in honor of, or in a manner determined by the contributor.
The Aurora Schools Foundation is associated with The Cleveland Foundation which maintains assets of nearly one billion dollars. Endowment funds to the Aurora Schools Foundation will be placed in the Foundation investment trust with The Cleveland Foundation. The Trustees will use the proceeds generated from undesignated donations for the purposes prescribed in the Foundations’ Articles of Incorporation. Contributors of designated donations will receive proceed reports so they may determine how they wish to award their earnings.
